All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, which uses Stripe for payment processing. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated. VAT is handled automatically by Lemon Squeezy where applicable.
All digital products are available for immediate download after purchase. You will receive a download link via email. If you have any trouble accessing your purchase, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
E-books and PDF guides are for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased files. WordPress themes are licensed per the terms stated on the product page (single site, multi-site, or agency licence). All products remain the intellectual property of The Common People.
From time to time we may offer discount codes or promotional pricing. These are subject to availability, may be withdrawn at any time, and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Our products are available for purchase worldwide. Some guides contain information specific to the United Kingdom (such as legal rights, government schemes, or NHS services) and may not be applicable in other jurisdictions. This is clearly stated on the relevant product pages.

All our digital products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

If you have any issue with a purchase, please contact us first before opening a dispute with your payment provider. We are always happy to resolve things quickly and fairly.
We do not currently offer subscription products. All purchases are one-off payments. If we introduce subscriptions in the future, cancellation terms will be clearly stated on the product page.
